my slum

Our class was given the task to design something for a slum that would be very useful to the people. My slum is in Venezuela My idea was to build a huge water tank, and  run pipes from this tank into everyone's house. In order to do this i would have to build the tank at the top of the slum so that it will have enough speed to be going down the hill.
